Making Your Planning Application
- Filling in Planning Application paperwork & registering
- Liaising & chasing local authority for progress & updates
- Dealing with any changes as required by the planning office
- Briefing you & amending the drawings as required
- You must pay the standard national fee of £150 (£75 for Permitted Development)
Making Your Building Control Application
- Appointing a National Approved Building Inspector
- Filling in the Building Control Full Plans Approval paperwork & registering
- Liaising & chasing local authority / Approved Inspector for progress & updates
- Dealing with any changes as required by the Building Control Officer / Approved Inspector or the Local Authority
- Briefing you & amending the drawings as required
- You must pay the fees which vary depending on your local authority. You should always allow £150 for planning and around £600 for building control
Surveys can be carried out within the M25 area within 14 days but please check with us for availability.
